Every detail of this colorful styled shoot in Los Angeles is absolutely stunning. As soon as we saw the photos, we had to know the inspiration behind this beautiful event! “The design inspiration derived from my love for the Japanese culture, both the old traditions and the new modernized designs,” Tina Li, from In the Clouds Events, told us. “At In the Clouds Events, we often encourage our couples to incorporate their cultural traditions to their wedding. It’s a major event where many family members are reunited to celebrate. What better way to honor their heritage by adding a few special elements or even a modernized version to match the overall wedding décor, color, and theme.” We couldn’t agree more!
The florals – especially the breathtaking arch – were one of our favorite parts about this affair! How did they come up with such incredible designs? “Our ceremony arch and table centerpieces were arranged by Creative Floral Designs, who used a mixture of roses and hydrangeas in soft shades of blush, lavender, and white,” Tina said. “All of the floral arrangements also featured some whimsical blooms, inspired by traditional Japanese ikebana floral arrangements. Strands of hand-folded paper cranes featuring classic origami paper prints were hung off of the floral circle arch to add a touch of Japanese culture to the ceremony design.” They couldn’t have created a floral design more in line with their vision and it really tied all of their details together.
